Drink Water on Empty Stomach in the Morning

A friend send this to me. Not sure if it works but no harm trying to drink water in the morning right?

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers.

For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses. The water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a hundred percent cure for the following diseases:

4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for two hours.

5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink four glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradulayy increase it to four glasses per day.

6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick andothers can enjoy a healthy life.

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times.

容易致癌的食物組合

Combination no 2 to 6 is very common. I do not know that it is so critical.

Conclusion: Don't eat fruit or yogurt right after meal. Wait at least for 3-4 hours. Every fuirt is harmful to us after meal. Do remember!


1.海鮮與啤酒易誘發痛風
吃海鮮時喝啤酒,會促使有害物質在體內的結合,增加人體血液中的尿酸含量,從而形成難排的尿路結石。如果自身代謝有問題,吃海鮮的時候喝啤酒容易導致血尿酸水平急劇升高,誘發痛風性腎病及痛風性關節炎等。

2. 火腿與乳酸飲料容易致癌
常常吃三明治搭配優酪乳當早餐的人要小心,三明治中的火腿及培根等和乳酸飲料(含有機酸)一起食用,容易致癌。 為了保存香腸、火腿、培根和臘肉等加工肉制品,食品制造商會添加硝酸鹽來防止食物腐敗及肉毒桿菌生長。當硝酸鹽踫上有機酸(乳酸、檸檬酸、酒石酸和隻果酸等)時,會轉變為一種致癌物質——亞硝胺。因此,不要常常食用這類加工肉品,以免增加致癌風險。

3. 蘿卜與橙易誘發甲狀腺腫大
蘿卜會產生一種抗甲狀腺的物質硫氰酸,如果同時食用大量的橙、隻果和葡萄等水果,水果中的類黃酮物質在腸道經細菌分解後,就會轉化為抑制甲狀腺作用的硫氰酸,進而誘發甲狀腺腫大。

4. 雞蛋與豆漿降低蛋白質吸收
生豆漿中含有胰蛋白黴抑制物,它能抑制人體蛋白黴的活性,影響蛋白質在人體內的消化和吸收。雞蛋的蛋清里含有黏性蛋白,會和豆漿中的胰蛋白黴結合,使蛋白質的分解受到阻礙,從而降低人體對蛋白質的吸收率。

5. 牛奶與巧克力易發生腹瀉
牛奶含豐富的蛋白質和鈣,巧克力則含草酸,若二者混在一起吃,牛奶中的鈣會與巧克力中的草酸結合成一種不溶於水的草酸鈣。食用後不但不吸收,還會發生腹瀉和頭發乾枯等癥狀,影響生長發育。

6. 水果與海鮮不容易消化
吃海鮮時,若再吃葡萄、山楂、石榴及柿子等水果,就會導致嘔吐、腹脹、腹痛和腹瀉等。因為這些水果中含有鞣酸,遇到水產品中的蛋白質,會沉澱凝固,形成不容易消化的物質。人們吃海鮮後,應間隔4小時以上再吃這類水果。

7. 菠菜與豆腐易患結石癥
豆腐里含有氯化鎂、硫酸鈣這兩種物質,而菠菜中則含有草酸,兩種食物遇到一起可生成草酸鎂和草酸鈣。這兩種白色的沉澱物不能被人體吸收,不僅影響人體吸收鈣質,而且還容易患結石癥。
